What others have said about doing these fitness accountability groups:
“This year I was invited to join another fitness challenge group on Facebook that I’m finding to be even better. It’s a smaller group and we all motivate each other, helping me stay on track with my workouts. I’m definitely feeling the benefits of it.”
“I’m doing the P90X3 workout, and it’s actually helping strenghthen my injury prone areas (back, rotator cuff, and knee).”
“I like streaming all of the different videos. The group really helps me keep on track with my weight and fitness goals. It is also fun and motivating. There is a lot of great tips and information.”

The lifestyle class will go beyond diet and show how to cope in living in a “pro-inflammatory” environment and reveal lifestyle changes to support the many ways to bring down inflammation in the body.
